Shipping Areas
Domestic: We ship to all addresses within USA.
International: We ship to select countries. If your country isn’t available at checkout, contact us.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Standard Ground: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Expedited (2‑Day): 2 business days after dispatch.
Overnight: 1 business day after dispatch (cutoff times apply).
International: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service.
Free standard shipping may apply for orders over $50 to qualifying domestic addresses (see checkout for details).
Live Plant Shipping
Live plants are shipped with care to minimize transit stress. We choose packaging and carriers experienced with live goods.
Shipments may be delayed due to extreme temperatures, carrier restrictions, or regional plant import rules. We reserve the right to hold or delay shipment for plant health or legal compliance.
International Orders, Duties & Import Rules
International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import permits, and compliance with local plant import regulations.
Some plant varieties may be restricted or prohibited for import to certain countries; if prohibited, we will cancel the item and refund it.
Delivery times for international orders may be extended by customs inspections.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address.
If a carrier marks the order delivered but you did not receive it, contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier.
Shipping Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions, extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, customs inspections, or other events beyond our control. In such cases we will notify customers as soon as possible.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender
If a shipment is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed status, we will contact you. Re-shipping fees apply; if you prefer a refund, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Undeliverable or Lost Packages
For lost-in-transit claims, we will work with the carrier and customer to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund decisions follow our Return & Refund Policy and may require proof of non-delivery.
Special Handling & Seasonal Holds
During extreme heat, cold, or peak holiday periods, we may delay shipment or offer alternative shipping dates to protect plant health. Customers may request a hold for preferred ship dates at checkout (subject to availability).
